I am happy to provide a superbill (a record of service fees and additional diagnosis code) for clients interested in submitting claims for insurance reimbursement. Clients are responsible for inquiry about their benefits prior to beginning services.

The Health at Every Size (HAES) approach to body image distress & recovery focuses on promoting body acceptance, well-being, and self-care, regardless of size, while challenging societal weight-based stigma and emphasizing behaviors that enhance physical and mental health over the pursuit of weight loss.
Complex trauma (cPTSD) is not yet recognized by the DSM-V (the medical/insurance reference guide for recognized mental health disorders). It refers to the prolonged exposure to distressing experiences, often in childhood, that can deeply impact emotional and psychological well-being.
