Heal with the Body.

Transform the Mind.

Empower Your Life.

Leigh Shaw, LICSW

Welcome! I’m glad you’re here.

My approach to therapy combines mindfulness, somatic (body-based) wisdom, parts work, EMDR, the values of body liberation and tapping into creative expression — supporting individuals toward deep healing and personal transformation.

I have extensive training and experience supporting recovery in the arenas of: eating disorders/disordered eating, trauma/complex trauma, anxiety, depression, stress management and psychedelic integration support.

    EMDR

EMDR is a therapy that helps process and heal trauma through guided eye movements or bilateral stimulation. It’s effective for PTSD, anxiety, depression, and phobias, reducing emotional distress and promoting recovery.

What if instead of just “healing”, we were….

remembering wholeness.

Let’s try something new!

Beyond just talk therapy, somatic (body centered) and creative approaches to growth can bring joy and empowerment to the process of remembering who we are. As an artist-turned-therapist with lots of personal experience in how powerful mind-body connection can bring us into alignment — I know our bodies and our creative expression can be the lanterns we need to guide us home.
